Electrostatic precipitators are important tools in the process of cleaning up flue gases. They are highly effective at reducing particle pollution, including those particles whose sizes approximate 1 micron (0.00004 inch) in diameter, and some precipitators can remove particles of 0.01 micron in diameter. In addition, they can handle large volumes of gas at various temperatures and flow rates, removing either solid particles or liquid droplets.
The first layer :- The pre filter in our unit is of 10 Micron which will be our first line of defense against pollution
The Second Layer :- The Second layer of Filter is Non-woven Bonded activated carbon filter which is used to neutralize gases ,fumes which will be really helpful for outdoor because of all the pollution that released by the vehicle
The Third Layer :- The Third Layer of Filter is 1Micron filter which will eliminate all major ambient parameters like PM1, PM2.5, PM10, PM100, Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Ozone (O3), Hydrogen Sulfide
Outdoor Pollution controller has a thought-out pattern which will take in the polluted air with the a centrifugal air force to suck large amount of air and purify it of dust particles. this air will first be passed through electrostatic precipitator it also has negative Ion generator A monitor to display the value of air quality.
After the the processing of filtration and passing the air through non-woven bonded active carbon the pollution from the air is removed and the smell of fumes is removed too, which gives a clean fresh pollution free air to the environment.

Isolation Ward

PSA Oxygen Generation Plant

Pressure :- Elevated pressures are needed for the process, usually 4-8 bar(g). In case a higher pressure is required for your process, this can be applied, too.

Swing :- While one vessel is being pressurised, the other vessel is being depressurised.

Adsorption :- Separation of atmospheric air is done with the PSA principle; oxygen is separated from the air through adsorption process.
